Frequently Asked Questions
Blueprint Institute is a structured, immersive recovery program for men who are struggling to create lasting change despite prior efforts in therapy, groups, or other recovery environments.
The program provides a contained setting with daily structure, accountability, and clinical support to help men stabilize and rebuild.
This program is designed for men who:
- Have attempted recovery but continue to relapse
- Feel stuck despite insight or prior treatment
- Need a structured environment to stabilize
- Are willing to engage honestly and take responsibility
It is not designed for individuals looking for a passive or low-engagement experience.
The program requires a minimum commitment of one week, though four weeks is strongly recommended. An individual intake process helps guide what length of stay may be most appropriate for you.
A longer stay allows enough time for structure to take hold, patterns to become visible, and meaningful work to begin. An individual intake process helps determine the length of stay that is most appropriate for you.
Some clients may choose to extend beyond their initial stay based on their needs.
Each day is intentionally structured and includes:
- Morning facilitated work — therapeutic and process-oriented
- Afternoon deeper work and experiential sessions
- Evening recovery-focused integration and community support
The goal is to create consistency, reduce distraction, and support real change.
Each resident participates in:
- Two to four individual therapy sessions per week
- Daily facilitated group or structured sessions
- Multiple somatic therapy interventions throughout the week
Additional services such as psychiatry or specialized treatments may be coordinated as needed through trusted providers.
Blueprint Institute is a structured recovery residence with clinical services integrated through licensed providers in the community.
This allows for a more flexible, personalized, and high-touch environment while still maintaining strong clinical support.
Enrollment is intentionally limited a maximum of four men.
This ensures every man receives a focused, individualized, and accountable experience — not a large group setting where it’s easy to stay on the surface.
The program is private pay.
Pricing and payment structure are discussed during the initial consultation to ensure clarity and alignment before any commitment is made.
Your program fees include lodging, daily meals and snacks, access to a gym membership, individual and group-based therapeutic work, onsite staff support, specialized services such as somatic modalities, and more.
At this time the program operates on a private-pay basis and does not bill insurance directly.
Clients may choose to explore potential reimbursement options independently for certain clinical services.
The process is straightforward:
- Initial call to understand your situation
- Intake conversation and assessment
- Determination of fit
- Admission and onboarding
The goal is to ensure the program is the right fit before moving forward — for you and for us.
Relapse is addressed directly and within the structure of the program.
Clear protocols are in place to assess what happened, reinforce accountability, and determine the appropriate next steps. The focus is on honesty, safety, and continued forward movement.
Yes, when appropriate.
We may coordinate communication or involvement with partners as part of the recovery process, depending on the situation and clinical considerations.
Whenever possible, and at the partner’s comfort level, we create space for partners to receive updates, ask questions, and provide feedback in a way that supports clarity and respect for their experience.
The program is located in a private residential setting in Spanish Fork, Utah.
To maintain client privacy and confidentiality, specific location details are shared during the admissions process.
The next step is to schedule a confidential call.
