About Us

About Blueprint Institute

Blueprint Institute was created to offer something many men have not experienced in their recovery journey — a structured, high-accountability environment designed to help them stabilize, rebuild, and move forward with clarity.

This program exists for men who are not new to recovery, but who continue to find themselves stuck. Men who understand the concepts, who have done meaningful work, yet have not been able to create lasting change in their lives.

Blueprint Institute provides a contained, intentional environment where that work can finally take hold.

Why This Work Matters

Insight alone is not enough.

Many men can articulate their patterns, understand their behaviors, and even engage deeply in recovery conversations
yet still struggle to live differently. Without structure, accountability, and consistent support, it is easy to return to familiar cycles.

Blueprint Institute was built to bridge that gap.

This is not a program focused on information. It is a program focused on integration — helping men translate awareness into action, and action into lasting change.

Our Approach

The foundation of Blueprint Institute is simple but intentional:
This is a high-touch setting designed to reduce distraction, increase focus, and create the conditions necessary for meaningful change.

Leadership

Luke Gordon

Founder & Executive Director

Luke Gordon is the Founder and Executive Director of Blueprint Institute. With years of clinical leadership in the recovery field, his work integrates trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral frameworks, emotionally focused work, and parts-based approaches to help men move beyond intellectual understanding and into meaningful behavioral and emotional change.

His experience working with men in recovery consistently revealed a gap between insight and sustained change. Blueprint Institute was built directly in response to that gap — providing the structure, accountability, and immersive environment necessary for men to translate what they know into how they live.

Leadership

Curtis McMichael

Operations Manager

Curtis McMichael serves as the Operations Manager at Blueprint Institute, where he
plays a central role in creating a structured, consistent environment that supports
meaningful change.

His connection to this work is not only professional, but personal. Having walked his
own recovery journey, Curtis brings a grounded understanding of what it takes to move beyond insight and into lived, sustainable change.

He was drawn to Blueprint Institute by its commitment to closing the gap between
knowing and doing—building an environment where individuals are both supported and challenged to engage differently with themselves and their lives.

In his role, Curtis helps maintain the rhythm, accountability, and day-to-day structure that allows the work to take hold. He is committed to walking alongside clients as they learn to engage honestly, live with greater intention, and follow through in ways that create real change over time.

Who We Serve

Blueprint Institute is designed for men who are ready for a different level of engagement in their recovery.

This includes men who:

This program is not for those looking for a passive experience. It is for men who are ready to actively participate in their recovery.

Our Commitment

We are committed to creating an environment that is:
We understand the weight of what clients and families are navigating. Our role is to provide a space where that work can be addressed directly — with clarity and support.

Take the Next Step

If you are considering this level of care, the next step is a conversation — not a commitment.

This is an opportunity to better understand your situation, answer your questions, and determine whether this program is the right fit.
